INNOVATIO SENSUM provides business advisory services in three areas:

European Funding Applications (Portugal 2020 PDR 2020 Mar 2020, etc.)

Our service is common to operational programs defined both within Portugal 2020 (thematic and regional), and cross-border cooperation programs (eg Interreg). We follow the customer from the preparation of the application until the end of execution of the project through the following steps:

  • 1 - Preliminary evaluation of the application

This phase consists of a preliminary assessment of the potential for approval of the application, and clarification on the issues rising from the implementation of a funded project.

  • 2 - Development of the Application

This phase consists on the preparation of the application itself, contemplating the preparation of the application procedure with the information needed to process the application, preparation of specifications and follow up until the signing of the funding contract, including support in response to requests for clarifications from the managing authorities.

  • 3 - Monitoring the implementation of the project

This phase consists in supporting the submission of Payment Orders, and closing of the investment funding process.

Business consulting

Business consulting includes services to support the implementation of innovation projects and entrepreneurship and creation of new businesses, a key step in obtaining financing for new businesses and services, and support to the preparation of investment and innovation projects in consolidated companies.
INNOVATIO SENSUM provides, among others, the following services:
  • Development of business plans;
  • Scouting for financing solutions;
  • Support in setting up new businesses;
  • Support to licensing for commercial activities;
  • Business Partner search;
  • Organization of event to promote entrepreneurship and startups, such as: courses, seminars, conferences and lectures.

Investment projects

This component comprises specialized consulting services in:
  • Economic and financial feasibility studies of investment projects;
  • Preparing files for presentation to the investors (e.g. banking);
  • Searching for investors and business partners;
  • Support to the implementation of investment projects.
